Superfood Nergi Fruit Skewers
A quick snack or a dinner party appetizer, these Nergi fruit skewers are super healthy and have an interesting mix of sweet and tart flavours.
- 12 each Nergi fruit
- 24 each cherry tomatoes
- 24 1-inch chunks bocconcini cheese
- 2 branches basil
- Cut the the Nergi fruit berries in half.
- Alternate threading a piece of Nergi fruit with a basil leaf folded in half, a bocconcini chunk and a cherry tomato on each skewer.
- 3. Serve slightly chilled.
