Santa’s Favourite Candy Cane Smoothie
Even Santa loves smoothies.

- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 5 peppermint leaves torn
- a few drops peppermint extract (optional)
- 1 candy cane (crushed) optional garnish
- Blend all ingredients. Serve in cups garnished with a pretty rim of crushed candy cane (optional).
