Enjoy a little friendly competition and some inspiring tunes at these new spin studios.

The Pursuit by Equinox is an immersive, highly competitive cycling class now available in Canada. It pulls data from each bike console to project real-time class performance statistics on a leaderboard and even uses that data to challenge riders with team gaming challenges.
Similarly, Toronto’s Torq studio displays stats like RPMs, distance and speed for some friendly competition. Pick a rider to (virtually) race, or work toward a new PR. Post-workout, your performance stats are emailed to you so you can monitor your progress.
If you’d prefer to rock out on your bike, try Spokehaus, a high-intensity dance-inspired spin class. Just when you think the 45-minute class is almost over, a 5-minute arm workout with light weights is thrown in to ensure you’re getting that full-body workout.
