Expos can be tons of fun, and this weekend at Toronto’s Direct Energy Centre, the Weight Wise & Healthy Lifestyle Expo promises to be inspiring and motivational. Along with educational seminars and speeches from health, fitness and nutrition experts, you may also be able to spot the stars of The Biggest Loser and X-Weighted.
Toronto and Vancouver, October 1, 2, 15 and 16
Weleda, a certified-natural skin care company, is touring North America with stops in Toronto (October 1, 2) and Vancouver (15 and 16). On a biodiesel truck, you can test your natural beauty IQ, receive free mini spa treatments, coupons and samples, and also a chance to win a trip to the Weleda spa in New York.

The Walk for Farm Animals, which has been around for 25 years, is organized to help raise money for Farm Sanctuary, a rescue and advocacy group for farm animals.
